The Victoria Golf & Beach Resort is an all inclusive vacation destination located in Puerto Plata, on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. Blessed with beautiful stretches of pristine beaches, lush green valleys, and cradled by a chain of majestic coastal mountains, this resort at Puerto Plata caters to golf players, honeymoon couples, executives, and other leisure travelers looking for relaxation.
The Victoria is one of the hotels located in the heart of the 250 acre Playa Dorada complex, a self contained resort area with a shopping mall, three casinos, numerous restaurants, and discos. Playa Dorada features a beautiful, 13 mile sandy beach and an 18 hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones. The Gregorio Luper�n (Puerto Plata) International Airport is 15 minutes from the resort by car.
The Victoria resort features 190 rooms include some suites, each with an expansive balcony or terrace. Most rooms offer a view of the Playa Dorada golf course. Guestroom amenities includes air conditioning, cable TV, mini bar, direct dial phones and turn down service. Non smoking rooms are available.
Numerous all inclusive restaurants and bars are available on the Victoria property. From traditional Mexican dishes to gourmet pizzas, guests can choose from the El Lago Cafeteria, Jardin Victoria Restaurant, and Pizzeria Mozzarella. For cocktails, guests may select from the pool bar, beach club bar, The Lotus Club bar, and the La Cascada bar.
Sports facilities include gym, two pools, scuba diving clinic once a week, and one free hour of snorkeling, windsurfing, sailing, daytime tennis, biking and kayaking each day. Sports golf rates are available to guest. Nightly entertainment is provided with live music and shows.
