The Apartamentos Waikiki is a four storey seaside complex set 150 metres from the beach, six kilometres from the nearest golf course and 12 kilometres from the party town of Palma. The 69 modern apartments open onto furnished balconies and feature warm toned decor and fully equipped kitchenettes. All are equipped with satellite television, phones, safes and bathrooms with shower/tub combinations and bidets.
Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool and relax on the sun terrace, before ordering a lunch of burgers, pizza or seafood from the informal al fresco poolside snack bar. A separate kids' pool is available for children. Guests of the hotel can partake in the entertainment programme at the sister hotel, which includes sport, dancing and live cabaret. In the evening, guests can watch television in the lounge or play pool in the games room. Practical amenities include currency exchange, dry cleaning services and a safe deposit box. Nearby attractions include the wild waterslides of Western Water Park, which is three kilometres away, and the quaint old quarter of Palma, Casco Antiguo, which is ten kilometres from the hotel. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 25 kilometres from the hotel, with an approximate driving time of 40 minutes.

Taxis leave from outside Door D on the arrivals floor. Bus no. 17 leaves the airport every 20 minutes running to Paseo Mallorca in central Palma de Mallorca. There is a bus stop in front of the multi storey car park, outside Door D of the arrivals floor, and there is a bus stop outside the check in floor. Buses run into the centre of town every 30 minutes from a bus stop 50 metres from the hotel. Taxis are also available.
