Location. The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tampa, Fla., is adjacent to the Florida Fairground and within one half mile of the Tampa Amphitheatre.
Hotel Features. A 50 foot Hard Rock guitar looms at the entrance of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Two restaurants, a food court and lounges offer dining options. Floyd's Restaurant and Nightclub is a restaurant that transforms into a nightclub with a DJ on Tuesday and weekend evenings. The Green Room, a 24 hour eatery, serves American cuisine in a casual setting. The meeting facility offers 10,000 square feet of flexible space. An 8,000 square foot grand ballroom can be divided into eight sections. Business amenities include event catering, business services, and complimentary high speed Internet access.
The hotel features a tropical pool with cascading fountains and lush terraces, accented with Art Deco design elements. Poolside Chickee Hut style cabanas are equipped with televisions and refrigerators. The hotel boasts cascading fountains, live entertainment and a cutting edge fitness center, complete with steam room, spa tub and spa services. The property provides 32 poker tables, a bingo gallery and 2,200 gaming machines at the 90,000 square foot casino. A children's pool is located next to the sundeck.
Guestrooms. This Art Deco inspired 12 story Tampa hotel has 250 spacious and stylish guestrooms with views of the pool or gardens. Large bathrooms with natural daylight and separate enclosures for the tub and shower are featured. Fully stocked minibars are supplied. Rooms are equipped with a business center with desk/flat screen television units and compact stereos.
Expert Tip. At the casino, guests can join the Players Club and earn points playing their favorite machines. Points are redeemable for such items as complimentary meals, drinks and valet parking.
Renovation Notice:
The hotel's pool is scheduled to be closed for renovations April 2 and 3, 2007. These dates are subject to change.
